We all want to be understood, and it can be so frustrating when it feels like what we’re saying falls on deaf ears. Have you ever tried to communicate something important to a colleague, classmate, supervisor, and family member, only to feel as if you’re not getting through?

It turns out that someone’s personality type factors into how we should frame our message. The way we approach an Optimist, for example, is very different from how we should talk to a Problem Solver.
