CW’s Annual Food Drive

As part of our tradition CW held its annual “Food Drive.”

Sponsored by the Student Government Association, different clubs members from Digital Media, Sisters United, and Enactus delivered bags of canned and boxed food contributed by the CW community to Open Arms, a White Plains shelter for the homeless.

The Open Arms Shelter & Social Services is a 38-bed shelter for single home…less men, which began operating in 1989. It has established itself as a model program. The program provides a full range of services for residents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Along with caring and effective staff workers, Open Arms offers a number of on-site services.
