Warby Parker Co-Founders Advice to New Grads

Congrats to all the recent college grads out there! You’ve worked hard and have earned yourself a diploma and gained experience that can help open doors. You’re probably being bombarded with advice from all directions.

In May, Neil Blumenthal and Dave Gilboa, who, along with their fellow cofounders Jeff Raider and Andy Hunt, formed successful eyewear retailer Warby Parker, addressed Northeastern graduates. They talked about their own career path and shared some things they’d learned along the way.

A few big ones? Dream big while taking deliberate steps, and resist the urge to always assume the worst.  How you treat others matters a lot too.
