Volunteer New York for Martin Luther King Jr. Day

“The time is always right to do what is right,” Martin Luther King Jr.

Great words by a great man.  The College of Westchester is proud to observe January 16 in honor of Martin Luther King Jr. and all of his great contributions.  And thanks to the great work of Volunteer New York, there is an opportunity for all to volunteer their services to our community.  Volunteer New York is to be commended for their Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service, which is “a day meant to empower individuals, strengthen communities, bridge barriers, create solutions to social problems, and move us closer to Dr. King’s vision of a ‘beloved community’”.
